What if I have to cancel my hunt?

The initial deposit of $1,000 is non-refundable when booking more than 1 year in advance. To confirm a reservation for a mule deer or whitetail hunt a 50% deposit is required. The balance of the hunt cost is due prior to arrival at camp in guaranteed funds. Deposits are non-refundable; however they may be transferred to another party for the hunt subject to mutual agreement. Hunts will not be considered booked until deposit is received. A 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be added in addition to the hunt cost as well as Alberta Licensing fees. All hunters are advised to procure appropriate trip cancellation insurance. Our recommended travel consultants can assist you with travel insurance.
